Group Personal Training

If you are shy and don’t want to train by yourself with a trainer, if you are on the budget and still want to have a productive workout, if you have friends you want to spend time with while getting in shape, if you are competitive and want to kick your friends rear ends, if you are the team player and want your friends to succeed as much as you do, then small group training program is perfect program for you.

What can you expect from a small group training program? Up to 4 participants will work together on similar goals. You will be matched with other participants who are in similar to your fitness level. You can just bring your friends that you want to work with and create your own small training group.

The Three Training Methods We Utilize


Boxing Training

You and your friends will learn how to box, defend yourself and counter attack. You will need boxing gloves 12-14 oz and hand wraps. Each workout will consist of cardio warm-up and technical boxing and kickboxing training to improve your striking ability, self confidence and self control. Boxing program serves well as conditioning workout. During our boxing program you will understand the definition of sweating.

Tabata Protocol

High intensity interval training based on the Tabata protocol. The principle of the workout: 20 sec of all out work followed by 10 sec of rest. We don’t call it a rest. We call it the short time to let the pain go away. This program is for advanced trainees only

Stretching Program

45 minutes of nothing but flexibility exercises to improve your range of motion in your joints, decrease muscular imbalances which often times are the major cause of you low back pain, neck tightness, leg stiffness, etc. The most effective ways of stretching are used in this program. PNF (prioproceptive neuromuscular facilitation), active stretching and self myofacial stress relief method (foam rollers). Each workout not only makes you feel like you have just been reborn but also helps you to decrease a chance of injuries related to your sports or activities.
