Kickboxing Training Classes
This class is designed for those who really want to try something different.
Real kickboxing and boxing workout not just kicking and punching in the air but working with different opponents (workout partners) each round.
If you have ever said to yourself that today was my hardest workout ever, try to multiply it by 3 or 4 and you will get an idea of how you are going to feel at the end of Real Deal Kickboxing.
Surprisingly enough this class is very popular among women. On average 70% of the participants are women. When it comes to toning you arms and mid section boxing is probably one of the most effective training methods.
Rotational movements put constant stress on your abs, oblique muscles and low back. Foot work is the essential part of the workout as well. Your calves and gluts are under constant pressure during the workout.
Lastly your arms which extend with every punch and flex with every block are getting the ride of the lifetime.
I’ve seen people who could not write their name on the piece of paper after the workout because their arms were shaking uncontrollably.
I am not going to mention a cardiovascular aspect of this training because it is obvious
Try to punch the air for 3 minutes with really good pace and you will understand what 12-15 rounds of real punching will feel like.
We strongly advice our participants that the knowledge possessed in the real deal kickboxing class is NOT to used outside the class room.
Any deviation from that rule will automatically disqualify a participant form further training.
