Here is an idea….

Ingredients:

Banana

Rule One Protein Powder

Almond Milk

Powdered Peanut Butter

Ice – optional

Mix it all together in a blender/mixer and enjoy as soon as possible after your workout.

Start the muscle recovery process as fast as you can immediately after your training session.
