Workout in the park

Why not?

It’s good for you. It’ s a bit different then the one you do at the gym.

You have plenty of fresh air.

You may need to get creative.

You can run/bike to the site (playground or park), which will serve as a general warm-up.

You will have to run/bike back from the site, which will serve as a nice cool-down.

It’s green, environmentally responsible and fun. You may meet new people at the park and make new friends too.

One big benefit. Just DO IT .
