This second workout is going to be fun and challenging. I asked Michelle (one of my clients) to stand in front of camera and train for about 15 minutes a day for 60 days to prove that quality of the training is more important than quantity. Of course good training has to be supported by good nutrition. Michelle made a very impressive progress and most importantly she found a new healthy hobby.
I wanted to show to everyone that my "fitness model" Michelle is just like you. I think this increased the credibility of the program. You don't have to feel like you are following someone who is super fit and never has been over fat. You train alongside Michelle - a working women who could just like you have thousand excuses but she eliminated them by committing to herself and her well-being.
